Apply for a stall in the Market & Food Village, 30th – 31st January 2027, Motueka, from 9.30am to 4pm. Food & beverage carts, market stalls, arts & crafts, fundraising and community stalls apply here. Wellness practitioners, healers and workshop hosts have their own form at /e/rise/apply/wellness. Stall fees have been discounted by 50% for our first year.

Stall fees & confirmation

Weekend fees are HALF PRICE this year, our first-year launch price: Powered $180 (usually $360) · Non-powered $160 (usually $320) · Community & fundraiser $75 (usually $150). We reserve the right to coordinate food and other stalls to ensure variety (60 stalls available). If your application is approved, payment instructions will be emailed to you — no payment is needed to apply. If we have to decline your application, nothing is owed.
